I'll assume all your problems are "for" which is P(A)/P(not A)

A) A sum of seven = (6/36)/(30/36) = 6:30 or 1:5
b) a sum of 11 = (2/36)/(34/36) = 2/34 = 1:17
c) a sum of 7 or a 11 turning up = 8/28 = 2:7
d) a sum of 2 or a sum of 12 turning = 2/24 = 1:17
e) a sum greater than 9 turning up is 6/30 = 1:5
