The domain is the collection of all the x coordinates (85, 95, 110, 110)
The range is the collection of all the y coordinates (3, 11, 15, 20)
The given points are NOT a function since at least one point in the domain maps to two different points in the range. If I give you an x = 100, it is mapped to both 15 and 20. A function maps a single value x to a single value y
