You can put this solution on YOUR website! 0.5x+5 <= 1.3x-2
subtract 0.5x from both sides; add 2 to both sides
7 <= 0.8x
x >= 7/0.8
x >= 8.75
===================
-6x > 1/13
x < -1/78
