You can put this solution on YOUR website!
ln%28sqrt%28x-2%29%29=1 Start with the given equation

e%5E1=sqrt%28x-2%29 Convert the logarithmic equation to an exponential equation

e=sqrt%28x-2%29 Simplify

e%5E2=x-2 Square both sides

e%5E2%2B2=x Add 2 to both sides

So our answer is x=e%5E2%2B2

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1n sqrt sign x-2=1
-------------------------
ln[sqrt(x-2)] = 1
sqrt(x-2) = e
x-2 = e^2
x = 2+e^2
