Standard form is Ax+By=C. A,B,C are integers.
x=2/7+y
x-y=2/7
7x-7y=2

Assuming this is a line equation of the form Y=mX+b with m=slope & b=the y intercept.
Then:
x=2/7+y becomes:
y=x-2/7
