You can put this solution on YOUR website! Assuming this is a line equation of the form Y=mX+b with m=slope & b=the y intercept.
Then:
x=2/7+y becomes:
y=x-2/7 (graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, x -2/7).
