Its simple mat jus keep multiplying 1.40 by the 3 choices of numbers you have until you get 420,000.
1.40 x 150,000 = 210,000
1.40 x 290,000 = 406,000
1.40 x 300,000 = 420,000
So by basic math hte answer is C 300,000.
