Yellow Truck Co. advertises the following:
1. One way rental of a 15 ft. truck is $45.00 a day, and 37 cents per mile for every mile driven over 500.
2. Round trip rental for the same truck is $30.00 per day , and 10 cents per mile for every mile driven over 250.
Gray Truck Co. offers the following:
1. One way rental of a 14 ft. truck is $40.00 per day, and 18 cents per mile for every mile driven over 300.
2. Round trip rental of the same truck is $20.00 a day, and 10 cents per mile driven.
a) For each company construct an equation that expresses the relationship between the income earned and miles traveled for a round trip
b) Graph, seperately, both of the equations that you constructed in part a).

Yellow Cost+=+30 m<=250 or Cost+=+30%2B+0.1%28m-250%29 m>250
Cost+=+30%2B+0.1m-25%29 m>250
Cost+=+5%2B+0.1m%29 m>250

Gray Cost+=+20+%2B+0.1m m > 0
The first plot is a horizontal line at 30 until 250 miles, then it becomes a lines with a slope of 0.1
The second plot is just a line with a y intercept at 20 and a slope of 0.1
