Checkley77(12569) Your answer is wrong because you solved for area if it was area it would be in square yards. It says the perimeter of a rectangle at the top as well.
The answer should be
p=2L+2w
p=6x+6
w=x
6x+6=2L+2x
6x-2x+6=2L
4x+6=2L
2x+3=L
p=2(2x+3)+2x
p=4x+6+2x
p=6x+6
