You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the formula is bh/2=area
b*(b-4)/2=16
(b^2-4b)/2=16
b^2-4b=32
b^2-4b-32=0
(b-8)(b+4)=0
b-8=0
b=8 feet for the base.
h=8-4=4 for the height.
proof
8*4/2=16
32/2=16
16=16
