You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The width: W
The length: L+=+2W+%2B+2 (two meters more than twice the width)
The perimeter: P=2%28L%2BW%29

2%28L%2BW%29=34, but since L+=+2W+%2B+2, 2%28%282W%2B2%29%2BW%29=34.

Solve for W and you have the width from which you can easily calculate the length.
