You can put this solution on YOUR website!
5/x + 2/y = 0 multiply this equation by -2 & add them.
6/x + 4/y = 3
-10/x-4/y=0
---------------------
-4/x=3
3x=-4
x=-4/3 answer.
6/(-4/3)+4/y=3
6*-3/4+4/y=3
-18/4+4/y=3
4/y=3+18/4
4/y=(12+18)/4
4/y=30/4
30y=16
y=16/30
y=8/15 answer.
proof:
5/(-4/3)+2/(8/15)=0
5*-3/4+2*15/8=0
-15/4+30/8=0
-15/4+15/4=0
0=0
