You can put this solution on YOUR website! 4(x+x+1+x+2)=180
4(3x+3)=180
12x+12=180
12x=180-12
12x=168
x=168/12
x=14 answer for the first integer.
14=1=15 for the second one
14=2=16 for the last one
proof
4(14+15+16)=180
4*45=180
180=180
