d(g) = 15.0462g - 3.8476

d(10) = 15.0462*10 - 3.8476 = 146.61 miles

250 = 15.0462g - 3.8476
15.0462g = 253.8476
g = 16.8712 gallons

m tells you how many miles you get from each gallon of gas.
b tells you how many miles you can travel with no gas---it is false
