Question 134825: I know I have to set this to Y= in order to find the points for the x and y intercept, but honestly my brain just quit on me. I need to graph the following:
Graph 3x-y=4
The correct answer is y=3x-4
So that makes the slope 3/1 (3 over 1) and the y-intercept = -4 RIGHT???
Please help! Thanks!! This was my last question on my worksheet. Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Graph 3x-y=4
y = 3x-4
Yes, slope = 3 and y-intercept = -4
