You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Apparently you are using degree measurements, so the complement of an angle that measures alpha degrees is 90-alpha and the supplement is 180-alpha

Ten times the complement (10%2890-alpha%29)
Three times the supplement (3%28180-alpha%29)
Exceeds by 318: +318, so:

10%2890-alpha%29=3%28180-alpha%29%2B318 (ten times the complement is the bigger number so you have to add the 318 to the smaller number to make them equal)

900-10alpha=540-3alpha%2B318

-10alpha%2B3alpha=540%2B318-900

-7alpha=-42

alpha+=+6

Check:
90-6=84
10%2A84=840
180-6=174
3%2A174=522

840-522=318
