You can put this solution on YOUR website! You need to find the surface area of the box. And then see if the area of the paper is at least that big.
The box is 1foot by 1 foot by 1 foot
So each "side" of the box is 1 square foot. A box is a cube, which has 6 sides.
The paper is given in inches, so we need to convert the box into inches too.
Each side of the box is 12 * 12 = 144 square inches.
Ther are 6 sides.
Total surface area of the box is = 864 square inches
How many sqaure inches of paper do you have? = 711 square inches.
The box has more surface area than the wrapping paper.
You can't fully wrap the box.
