15+.9M=3*20.25
15+.9M=60.75
.9M=60.75-15
.9M=45.75
M=45.75/.9
M=15.25/.3 OR 50.8333 ANSWER.

the first thing you need to do is multiply out 3(20 + .25)
15 + .9m = 60 + .75
now you need to subtract both sides by 15 to get it to the other side
15 - 15 + .9m = 60 - 15 + .75
.9m = 45 + .75
.9m = 45.75
now you need to divide both sides by .9
m = 45.75/.9
m = 50.84
