You can put this solution on YOUR website! I suspect you aren't phrasing your question to ask what you really mean. But having said that, the answer to what you did ask is that, in general, you can't. That's because unless the number under the radical is a perfect square, the radical is an irrational number -- meaning that it cannot be expressed as the ratio of two integers.
