Multiply the 1st equation by 5 and the 2nd equation by 4 to get:
20x+25y = 200
20x-16y = 160

Subtract the 2nd from the 1st to get:
41y = 40
y = (40/41)

Substitute to solve for "x":
4x + 5(40/41) = 40
Divide thru by 4 to get:
x + 5(10/41) = 10
x + (50/41) = 10
x = (410/41)-(50/41)
x = 360/41
