This is a line in the slope/intercept format. In this case, the y intercept is 40 and the slope is 30.
You can graph in in several ways. The "simpliest" way, many times, is to just make a quick T chart and find two point on the line. Usually a quick way to do that is to set on of the variables equal to 0 and then solve for the other one. Let's do that this time:
If we set t = 0, then C = 40 Point is (0,40)
Of we set C = 0, then t = -40/30 which is about -1.33 Point is (-1.33, 0)
Now just setup a graph and plot those two points on it. Then draw the line that connects those two points.
