THE FIRST DIGIT CAN BE ANY 1 OF 10
THE SECOND CAN ALSO BE ANY 1 OF 10
THE SAME FOR THE NEXT 2 DIGITS
THUS WE HAVE:
10*10*10*10=10,000
OR 10^4=10,000 DIFFERENT CODES ARE POSSIBLE.
