Ok. Well first you have to move the 3y to the other side so that it is isolated. That would be 2x+6=-3y
Once you've done this you make the -3y into just 'y' by dividing everything on the other side by -3
That would be

-3x +6=y
and whatever is in front of your X is your slope, so the slope would be 2/-3.
