Y=mX+b NOW REPLACE THE X & Y VALUES WITH ONE SET OF VALUES & THE SLOPE=7/3 & SOLVE FOR THE Y INTERCEPT (b)
4=7*3/3+b
4=7+b
b=4-7
b=-3 THIS IS THE Y INTERCEPT.
Y=7X/3-3 IS THIS LINE EQUATION THROUGH THE POINTS (3,4)(0,-3).
