YOU CANNOT COMBINE (ADD, SUBTRACT, MULTIPLY OR DIVIDE EXPONENTS OF UNLIKE TERMS - LIKE A & B).
THE ONLY HELP I CAN GIVE YOU IS TO MAKE A FRACTION WITH ALL POSITIVE EXPONENTS THUS:
A^-3B^2=B^2/A^3
