Just a lot of problems with signed numbers adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.. PLEASE HELP!!

With multiplication and division; positive and negative numbers are easier than add and subtract. Is all you need to remember; they both have the same sign answer is +; if they have different signs answer is -.
So with your problem: -5*23; we have two different signs so the answer is negative.
-5 * 23= -115
4 - -6
When we are subtracting integers, we are going to remember; "change, change".
That means, with a problem such as;
4 - -6; we keep the 4 positive, change the - to a + and change the negative -6 to a positive +6.
4 + 6= 10
