You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x=1y
- (The 1 over the 5 indicates it's a fraction)
5
3x+2y=26
-------------
x = (1/5)y
3x+2y=60
---------------
Substitute to solve for y:
3(y/5)+2y = 26
Multiply thru by 5 to get:
3y+10y = 130
13y = 130
y = 10
-------------
Substitute to solve for "x":
x = (1/5)*10 = 2
-----------------------
Solution: (2,10)
