moved to the right. Each time you do that,
you make the number bigger by a factor
of 10, so to nullify that, you have
to factor by 10%5E-1 each time.

0.0452 x 10%5E-1

4.52 x 10%5E-3 answer
You need to stop here because scientific
notation uses 1 digit to the left of the
decimal point (but not 0)
