In order to graph this equation you need to put it in the standard line form:
Y=mX+b
-3X+2Y=2
2Y=3X+2
Y=3X/2+2/2
Y=3X/2+1 THIS LINE HAS A SLOPE(m)=3/2 & A Y INTERCEPT(b)=1
