If I read you correctly you have
f(x) = sqrt[sqrt[(x)sqrt(x)]]
f(x) = sqrt[sqrt[x^(3/2)]]
f(x) = sqrt[x^(3/4)]
f(x) = x^(3/8)
f'(x) = (3/8)x^(-5/8)
