You can put this solution on YOUR website!
F(X)=-4X+2 OR Y=-4X+2
THE LINE EQUATION IS Y=mX+b WHERE m=SLOPE & b=Y INTERCEPT.
m=-4 & b=2 THE Y INTERCEPT (0,2).

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Defining the slope-intercept equation:
y=any y-value on the line
m=the slope of the line
x=the x-value that corresponds to the y-value
b=the y-intercept of the line
.
Using the formula of y=mx+b, identify the slope and the y-intercpt:
y=mx+b
f(x)=-4x-2
slope = m = -4
y-intercpt = b = -2
