Remember that log%28b%2Cx%29=y means that b%5Ey=x

So for your problem, the base is x, the exponent is -3, and the result of raising x to the -3 power is 1%2F64.

x%5E-3=1%2F64

But remember that a%5E%28-n%29=1%2Fa%5En, so

1%2Fx%5E3=1%2F64, and that means that

x%5E3=64

And since the cube root of 64 is 4,

x=4
