This is not an equation there is no equal sign.
10x^3+35^2-5x
=10x^3-5x+1225
=5(2x^3-x-245)

from the graph we see that one of the zeroes of the problem appears to be x=5.
(x-5), therefore, is one of the factors if there is no remainder using synthetic division.

=|-----------
=|2 10 49 0(remainder)
2x^2+10x+49
.
So these are the factors: 5(x-5)(2x^2+10x+49)
.
