Question 127431: Slope -3/7; through (7,0)
I used the point-slope equation method to solve, but for some reason I am not understanding how to solve.
I used y2-y1=m(x-x1)
y-0=-3/7(x-7)
y=-3/7.7/3 reciprocal
y=1x-7
The answer is supposed to be 3x+7y=21.
I have no idea how to get there.
Thank you.
