You can put this solution on YOUR website!
FOIL is summing the products of pairs of terms __ First terms, Outside terms, Inside terms, Last terms

(X-4)(X+10) __ (X)(X)+(-4)(X)+(X)(10)+(-4)(10) __ X^2-4X+10X-40 __ X^2+6X-40
