You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First use the point-slope form of the line: y-y%5B1%5D=m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29

y-3=-3%28x-%28-2%29%29

y-3=-3%28x%2B2%29%29

y-3=-3x-6

y=-3x-3.

You were on the right track, but you messed up one of your signs.
