(which is an 8 week course I need to pass in order to get my associates degree) I am in the fourth week and I'm struggling any help is greatly appreciated... 1/3x + 5/6 = 2/x
Multiply thru by 6x to get:

2 + 5x = 12
5x = 10
x = 2
----------
Check:
1/(6) + 5/6 = 2/2
1 = 1
