Parallel lines have equal slopes (m).
Thus the 3rd. & 4th. equations are parallel with a slope=9.

You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
y=9x+7 is parallel to y=9x-2
y = 9x +7
"Slope : 9x"
y- intercept : 7
y=9x-2
"Slope: 9x "
y-intercept : -2
The reason y=9x+7 is parallel to y=9x-2 because they have the same slope. Notice that I put the slope of each equation in quotation mark. Just remember, two or more line will always end up parallel if they have the same slope!
Hope that helps
