You can put this solution on YOUR website!
[(p^2-q^2)/(p+q)]/[(p+q)/(p-q)] Factor the numerator.
[(p+q)(p-q)/(p+q)]*(p-q/(p+q) Instead of dividing by a fraction. We invert the denominator & multiply.
Now cancel out the (p+q)/(p+q) terms in the first fraction.
(p-q)(p-q)/(p+q) answer.
