Sorry, I don't know how to do absolute value - it's on the x+3. If it's no solution, would you please show me why.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Find all real solutions of the equation -5absolute(x+3)+10=25
---------------
-5|x+3| = 15
|x+3} = -3
---------------
There is no solution because absolute value is always
greater than or equal to zero; it is never negative.
Why?
Because |a-b| means the distance from a to b and that
is never negative. The direction may be negative
but the distance is not.
