You have a product equal to zero:

3y(2y-3)(3y-4)=0

If a product of numbers equals to zero, then one of those numbers must be zero. Because this can be thought of as a product of three quantities, you can make three separate solutions:

Solution #1.
3y = 0
y=0

Solution #2:
2y-3 = 0
2y= 3
y+=+3%2F2

Solution #3:
3y-4=0
3y = 4
