Your answer is correct.....that is option (5)
The sum of a number (x) and 12 = (x+12)
The sum of a number (x) and 12 is multiplied by 10 = (x+12)10
then increases 15,==> (x+12)10 + 15
Now plugg the value x=3 in the above expression, then you will get 165....
