Probability is the technique to estimate the chance for some thing to happen.
In other words you can approximately know what will be the out come of a trial
or experiment by this technique.
When you toss a coin, you can expect to get 50% as heads and 50% as tails.
This has been proved by experiments. Toss a coin . You can get continuosly 2 or 3 heads. But not 10 heads continuously. Try this in your room. You will be convinced.
What is its practical use?
There are several uses in predicting the out come of experiments. Taking decisions. Business forecasting and product mix are decided based on probability technique.
