Absolute value of a number is its distance from 0.

To find the absolute value of anumber, rewrite the number with a positive sign.

That is absolute value of -10 is +10 or you can say it is 10

Also remember, absolute value of +10 is also +10.
Means absolute value is always postive.
Example
Absolute value of -2 is 2
Absolute value of 2 is 2
Absolute value of -32 is 32
Absolute value of 32 is 32
