You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Suppose the length of the side of square is x
then perimeter becomes 4x
and we are given that Perimeter = 7*x - 18
4x = 7x - 18
4x - 7x = -18
-3x = -18
x = -18/-3 = 6
Therefore side of square plywood platform is 6
