You can put this solution on YOUR website! Lauren Morse works 7.5 hr. a day.
She spent a recent day making telephone calls, writing e-mails, and attending meetings.
On that day, she spent twice as much time attending meetings as making telephone calls and spent 0.5 hr. longer writing e-mails and making telephone calls.
-------------
Let telephone call time be "x" hr.
Meeting time was "2x" hr.
Email time was 0.5 hrs.
----------------------
EQUATION:
x + 2x + 0.5 = 7.5 hr
3x = 7
x = 7/3 hr = 140 minutes (time for telephone calls)
2x = 14/3 hr = 280 minutes (meeting time)

Cheers,
Stan H.
How many hours did she spend on each task.
