You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Substitute in the point-slope formula for the equation of a line:

y-y%5B1%5D%22%22=%22%22m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29

with x%5B1%5D=6, y%5B2%5D=-7 and m=2%2F5

then simplify the equation.

Then substitute y=0 in the equation and solve for x.

Then the x-intercept will be (what you get for x, 0).
