For the first six days of the week, Sue exercised 40, 45, 0, 50, 25, and 35 minutes.
She has to have 200 to 300 minutes of exercise per week
To do minimumm 200 minutes she has to work 200-(40+45+ 0+ 50+ 25 + 35) = 5
To do minimumm 300 minutes she has to work 300-(40+45+ 0+ 50+ 25 + 35) =105

Sue should exercise between 5 and 105 minutes on the seventh day to stay within the ACSM guidelines.
