Angle OXY = 125 deg
Use cosine law

OY =+sqrt%28400%5E2%2B700%5E2-2%2A400%2A700%2Acos125%29+=+985.496
In triangle OXY
Using sine rule
Sin 125 degrees /985.496 = x/700
Sin 125 degrees *700/ 985.496 = sin (x) =0.5814
x = 35.529 deg
Angle ZOY = 25+35.52= 60.52 deg approx
