I'm not completely confident of this, because there might be some technical interpretations.
After 1 week, there will be a 10% deduction in the price. This means that the price is now 90% of the original price, or .9p.

After the second week, another 10% deduction, means that the new price is .9(.9p) or .81p.

After the third week, another 10% deduction, and the new price is .9(.9(.9p))=.729p.
