Start by taking out the common factor of 4m:
4m%286x-x%5E2-8%29

Rewrite in descending order:
4m%28-x%5E2%2B6x-8%29+

Factor out the -1 to make the x^2 coefficient positive.
-4m%28x%5E2-6x%2B8%29+

Factor the trinomial:
-4m%28x-4%29%28X-2%29+
